Nick has devoted his life to movement-dominated activities from competitive athletics to stage acting. His latest passion: running and marathon training.
As a Bespoke Fitness® trainer and health coach, Nick applies what clients already know and do well to what he calls “areas of opportunity,” while introducing “little habits” that can have a big impact on one’s health and fitness.
In time, Nick’s clients experience improved mobility, strength, and energy in their workouts, as well as in their other weekly activities.
“New habits create new potential and new opportunities in health’” Nick says. “Together, these can keep you engaged and motivated, and help you stay focused as you work to achieve your health, work, and life goals. Together, WE will unleash the ability you have to be successful in optimizing your best self.”
In the words of one client, “[Nick’s] workouts are appropriately difficult and thoughtfully tailored - every session includes exercises that make me feel powerful, challenged, and surprised by my own (increasing!) strength…he can make a good day a great day, and a bad day feel much better."
Nick also worked as an educator at a Catholic school in Chicago, spending his days with “amazing, small, but energetic children with huge personalities.” His experience as a teacher and a trainer allows him to understand the importance of staying healthy, fit, and energized, at all age levels, for the demands of each day outside of the gym.
Nick is an ACE certified Personal Trainer, and an ACE certified Health Coach. He is also ViPR and Pre/Post Natal certified.
